Watching the World Outside

Day 70, today, the chicks spent a lot of time peering out of the nest entrance, taking in the world beyond their home for the first time. Between feeding visits, they rested side by side, packed closely together in the nest. It’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown from the tiny hatchlings they once were.
